Max, A couple things important for small spaces: simplicity, and windows. You have ample amounts of both, and it makes this space look bigger than it is. There are a few issues with sloppiness, as the elevation tags are visible in some views, and the entrance way is cramped with the furniture. Overall though, you put in some good work on this.
